All EUREFAS members and applicants should meet the following criterias:

• An EU Association

  Eurefas members should be European companies headquartered in the EU (and with main shareholders being European too!) playing an active role in the refurbishment value chain

• An EU A purpose-driven association to improve refurbishment business model

  Eurefas members shall defend:

  • a real right to repair for consumers
  • a clear and specific definition and legal regime of refurbishment
  • fighting against all sort of techniques preventing repair and refurbishment
  • respecting waste treatment hierarchy and better collecting schemes of used products

• A committed association towards quality

  All Eurefas members should sign and comply with the Pledge Towards a qualitative electronic device refurbishment sector.

  This Pledge engage members to undertake actions to improve their business models towards the achievement of a qualitative electronic device refurbishment sector and high-quality end-products in Europe.

Eurefas is supported by EURALIA, a Brussel-based cabinet but please note that each member has to contribute and be active in the Association’s working fields and activities.
